*Position Summary: *

RoadRunner Recycling Account Executives are sales professionals that sell to decision makers (virtual via Zoom meeting). This is a high impact position that is at the forefront of our growth model. We provide you with the support of a remote-based business development team (80 Corporate Team Members) to assist you with growing the pipeline in your territory, so that you can focus on acquiring new business.

The ideal candidate resides within 100 miles of Philadelphia, PA and must possess an intrinsic motivation for success, by showing up every day to do what they love, which should consist of strategic hustling, informative consulting, and in-turn, closing deals. This individual must be able to count their victories, learn from their mistakes and possess an iron resolve for continuous advancement in their career.

*Key Responsibilities: *

* Virtual meetings via Zoom with prospective customers along with limited field work where needed
* Present, consult and sell RoadRunner's management, sustainability, and cost savings initiatives
* Accurately maintain a full sales pipeline in Salesforce.com
* Be an expert navigating the decision-making tree - (must be able to quickly understand how/who/when/why decisions are made)
* Ability to leverage a Top-Tier Inside Sales team to acquire new service contracts monthly

*Skills and Experience: *

* B2B sales experience, in a hunter capacity, with a "proven track record of closing deals"
* A desire and commitment to become an expert in the industry and our services.
* Stellar Work-Ethic
* Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, tech-enabled, virtual environment
* Exceptional time management skills

*Education: *

* Bachelor's Degree required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
