responsible for the overall assistance of project development,
reports to the Regional Administrator, and will be responsible for
assisting the project team from sourcing new opportunities, through
construction to final completion of the project. NorthPoint

match What You'll Do
- Development project budget tracking
- Participation, coordination, task management in weekly project
and regional meetings both internal and external
- Create AIA contracts, Master Service Agreements,
Designer/Engineering agreements and verification of insurance
compliance for those vendors.
- Compile expense reports and draw submission for bank
review
- Review and process sub-contractor documentation (invoices,
Pay-Apps, etc.)
- Help manage calendars, making travel, meeting, and event
arrangements
- Maintain electronic filing system
- Maintain development platform databases
- Sensitivity to confidential matters
- Work with various departments and outside company's; Executive
Team, Marketing, Project Managers, Commercial Property Managers,
Project Accountants, and Administrative Assistants, attorneys,
investors, subcontractors, and vendors daily
- Maintain ongoing knowledge of up-to-date real estate and
development documents & laws Run office errands; to the Post
Office, banks, client/vendor offices, managed property and any
other requested location pertaining to the office needs. Are you

You Are
- Results driven, energetic, resourceful, and hands-on individual
with a strong service orientation
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving
skills
- Ability to approach problems both logically and creatively

- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
skills
- Must demonstrate a confident, proactive, positive approach when

- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or Real Estate
Development and Management experience within various asset types
(office, industrial, retail, and multi-residential) preferred.
- Understanding and in-depth knowledge of AIA documents, Office
365, G-Suite, Adobe, DocuSign, Salesforce, PlanGrid, Yardi and
certificate of insurance compliance preferred. We are an equal
