Required: - Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities - The Senior Organizational Performance Specialist role requires 3 or more years of related experience - 3 or more years success in a role with focus on talent management, performance management, employee development or organizational development as core responsibilities in a large, corporate environment - Must also have experience in one or more of the following areas: Organizational Development, Employment Law, Learning, Compensation or HR - Extensive experience in providing guidance around performance management and talent development scenarios - Reputation for building relationships, positive impact and driving change - Influential in leveraging leadership and fostering empowerment - Known as possessing a driver orientation with quick and effective judgment in decision-making - Self-starter who is able to work independently, virtually, and in collaboration to achieve goals - Strong, confident, and compelling presentation and facilitation skills with any size audience - Strong communication and facilitation skills - Resolute, diplomatic, collaborative, highly flexible, well organized and detail-oriented - Must have demonstrated experience providing consulting to managers and leaders of all levels (front line to executive) - Proven coaching and mentoring abilities - Ability to work in ambiguity and complexity, is flexible and agile, and able to adapt to changing business environment and client needs - Command of all tools used in MS Office Suite - Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities - Preferred: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organization Development, or related field - Strong analytical skills - 5 or more years success in a role with focus on talent management, performance management, employee development or organizational development as core responsibilities in a large, corporate environment - Basic understanding of Information Technology function preferred, or experience partnering with and supporting an IT organization - Experience working for a global company - Knowledge of training design, adult learning principles, learning styles and/or remote learning - Experience working with internal talent mobility or career development programs
