Client Service Representative
The Client Service Representative is responsible for the
front-of-house reception of clients, registration, scheduling,
client check-in and check-out, service sales, retail sales, and
concierge level complex scheduling and coordination of PALM Health
services for members. This includes greeting clients and members,
answering and returning phone calls, orienting new clients,
assisting members and guests with questions regarding services and
products, booking appointments, charging for services, and
attending to guests and the facilities, This position requires the
ability to advise clients on programs, services, products, and
providers. This position requires the ability to provide genuine
hospitality and any candidate must have a background in sales and
customer service. Strong computer and software experience and
problem solving are a must. Weekend availability required.
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 2+ years' experience in reception or call center experience
- 2+ years; experience in hospital, hotel, hospitality, or spa
- 1+ year experience in clinical practice or comparable
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology (required)
