Additional responsibilities to include the following:

Support and maintain clients' Workday estate through service requests and proactive identification

of optimization opportunities;

Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients through training sessions/videos, creation of

work instructions, requirements specifications and/or job aids;

Create status reports for clients; and, Scope and estimate level of effort for client work requests.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in assisting large employers with

improving the performance of their HR organization including:

Job Description

Improving the delivery of HR services, implementing HR technologies;

Aligning HR strategy and people strategies with business strategies;

Streamlining and standardizing HR policies, practices and processes; and,

Transforming the HR organization to be more effective in managing human capital and supporting

the business units.

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in learning and performing in

functional and technical capacities, including the following areas:

Performing system application implementations, software configurations, and XML or other related

coding in the following HR technological product suites-Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle,

Salesforce, Netsuite, Taleo, or other SaaS and On-Premise ERP;

Utilizing PC applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) and business levels of

fluency in multiple languages to write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently, emphasizing

the ability to capture effectively clients' needs and understand their systems enough to be able to

translate those needs in to system functionality; and,

Producing deliverables within a diverse & fast paced environment, collaborate effectively across

teams, and juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
