Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide advanced support and coordination of hardware and or
- Support customers daily operational needs.
- Utilize experience to provide recommendations for improvement
of Service Delivery to customers.
- Provide support and advanced troubleshooting of client system.
(Laptops, Desktops, Tablet, Printers, Video Conference equipment,
mobile devices and associated peripherals devices.)
- Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to desktop support
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Bachelor's degree preferred with a Major in Computer science or
other IT related field of study and or equivalent level of
education and field experience.
- Minimum 10 years work experience in related field.
- Microsoft MCSE Certification preferred.
