Responsibilities

Related is seeking an Affordable Program Coordinator for our affordable housing community, totaling 112 units, in Saint Louis, MO. This is a temporary assigment which is anticipated to last for 8 months. Responsibilities include:

• Will Assist with the Organization and coordination of our upcoming Tax Credit Rehab
• Will work with Construction Crew to facilitate the smooth transfers for all upcoming rehab units.
• Will Facilitate the recertification process for all program participant transfers
• Perform resident interviews, property tours and lease signings
• Conduct move-in orientations
• Maintain accurate resident files
• Site specific administration and compliance
• Special projects and tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Detail orientated and organized individual with Customer Service Background
• Must have exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle a fast paced office setting
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office and RealPage OneSite desired
• Knowledge of Section 8 or Tax Credit Compliance is helpful but not required
