Position Duties and Responsibilities
Performs duties necessary to monitor and coordinate the
activities College-wide rental of facilities including responding
and resolving rental concerns with renters and internal
constituents, coordinate logistics for rentals from initial contact
from potential renter, contract approval, accounts receivable,
proof of insurance, facility set-up and access.
PRIMARY DUTIES PERFORMED:
- Primary point of contact for rental of facilities for external
and internal constituencies.
- Manage all business aspects of rental of facilities: responds
to inquiries in a timely manner, collects and maintains rental
contracts and insurance, coordinates and obtains approval for
rental following established processes, maintain accurate event
details, invoice and collect rental fees in a timely manner, assure
accuracy and timely recording of revenue and expense associated
with rental in the College's financial system.
- Maintains rental reservations in College's room reservation
- Coordinates with College facilities and police personnel to
assure appropriate set-up and staffing for rental events.
- Coordinates with College marketing and communications to assure
proper use of College name and branding associated with a rental
- Provide customer service to renters: greet renters at time of
event, provide meetings and building tours to potential renters and
handle all renter needs throughout event.
- Performs other job related duties as assigned.
Associates Degree with one to three years relevant
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Exposure to facility management, hospitality industry, or event
