Within this role you will engage new referral
partners and ingrain M&M brand in communities. Our Sales
Organization does just that. We are a boots-on-the-ground team that

About The Role
The Account Executive will visit law firms
throughout their territory to develop relationships with the
lawyers, present our value proposition, educate them, and keep them
up to date on the different service areas and opportunities MM has
to offer. The goal is to develop a strong book of business that
will yield a robust number of leads.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, take initiative,
technologically competent, charismatic, consistent individual, with
good people skills, and present themselves in a well-dressed,
professional, and classy persona.
Responsibilities and Day-to-day duties
Success in the Role
- Account Executive will be organized and plan their day/week in
advance. This will include, setting up meetings with new law firms,
follow up calls and emails. Remain engaged with all Active and
- Account Executive will utilize oversight over their leads to
ensure that they are being handled in the most effective
- Account Executive will attend all sales meetings, events, and
internal training seminars.
Key Responsibilities Develop relationships with law firms with the
goal of getting them to partner with Morgan & Morgan. Call law
firms, set up meetings, phone calls, emails. Remain engaged with
all referral partners.

- Consistently beating expectations and goals
- Minimum of 1 year experience selling directly to Law Firms
- 2 plus years of field sales experience
- Demonstrated the ability to surpass goal
- Have a strong sense of passion
- Be a self-starter and self-motivator.
- Demonstrated the ability to be a self-starter
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
