Job Description:

Equifax is seeking a Senior Negotiator - Client Contracts to execute complex negotiations for key strategic client deals and act as the lead negotiator for key client engagements and develop negotiation strategies. This role will partner closely with Sales and provide subject matter expertise to senior/executive management through complex key client contract negotiations from qualification or RFP through contract signature and contract lifecycle.

What You'll Do

  • Direct, project manage and negotiate large and/or complex client contracts with revenues up to $30 million per year

  • Analyze and effectively communicate client requirements to minimize pricing and negotiation cycles, and drive deal closure

  • Provide strong business logic and detailed negotiation skills to help the Deal Team (CDT/Legal/Pricing/Sales) formulate their strategy and move from opportunity discovery into the contract phase

  • Effectively negotiate best terms on behalf of Equifax and report on negotiated revenue

  • Provide tactical guidance from the beginning to the end of the client contracting process, including Requests for Proposal ("RFP"), business drivers, and overall negotiation around pricing and negotiations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum 9+ years of applicable professional sales or contract negotiation experience and a demonstrated track record in successfully developing, negotiating, and managing complex agreements

  • 9+ years negotiating on behalf of Global Sourcing Organizations representing the customer/buyer side

  • 9+ years of experience developing and managing contracts for multi-user and multi-client products and services

Extra Points for any of the Following

  • MBA or Master's Degree

  • Knowledge and use of commercial contract management systems is desired
