Customer Support Representative will provide customer service and technical support to customers experiencing hardware and software issues, across multiple Microsoft Windows and Linux platforms. The Support Representative will also coordinate with Field Support Technicians via telephone and email to schedule on site visits for hardware/software issues. + High school diploma or general education degree (GED) + Ability to meet availability requirements that includes, days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays + Ability to attend two-week training from 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday + Knowledge of basic PC and Microsoft Office skills + Prior customer service experience preferred + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Professional and upbeat telephone voice + Ability to type 30 wpm + Must be at least 18 years old + Must live in the St. Louis metropolitan area + Ability to successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) Company or Facility criminal background check, credit check and drug screening + Must be fluent in both English and Spanish TKC Holdings, Inc. offers comprehensive benefits to all regular-full time employees.
