This will include addressing business risk related priorities, e.g., reviewing and identifying trends within client complaints and quickly collaborating with key partners to identify and execute solutions to address the feedback, as well as improving the experience for clients segmented to our group from our full service channel in the field. This role may also be engaged in enhancing the client's bank branch experience when clients are interested in learning more about their direct investing options, implementing a process to refer applicable clients to our full service channel, raising Wells Fargo employees awareness of their direct investing options, and more.The successful candidate will be able to manage initiatives that are complex and strategic in nature with many cross line of business considerations. This individual will interact with all levels of the organization.The ideal candidate is a high performer with a proven track record of collaboration and excellence in execution, which is one of the key tenets of the Wells Fargo expectations, and will also partner with the applicable groups to ensure measurement of the outcomes post implementation. This individual will have experience in broad-based work and/or knowledge and understanding of a wide variety of areas and the ability to successfully juggle multiple priorities.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
      • Leading implementation of strategic initiatives and management of large, cross functional initiatives
      • Create detailed plans, track to established deliverables/milestones/timelines, and ensure target dates are met by a cross-functional team
      • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
      • Ability to identify business needs and deliver solutions in close partnership with line of business and applicable partners
      • Support process development and improvement with business partners based on analysis and findings
      • Ensuring all efforts in scope have clear success metrics and the status, issues, risks, resource needs, financials, implementation dates and impact to other initiatives are understood and communicated to the right teams and senior leadersSt. Louis, MO is the preferred location. For very stong, well qualified applicants other locations may be considered. Required Qualifications
        • 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planningDesired Qualifications
          • Knowledge and understanding of brokerage industry/operations
          • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
          • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
          • Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
