Job Description:
Aerotek Scientific is currently seeking qualified candidates for
an Environmental Chemist opportunity. This role will be a
Monday-Friday day shift position. Description:The Lab Technician
performs a variety of chemical, biological, and physical tests
required for research, development or quality control. This
position compiles data for reports and assists in special studies
in the laboratory and in the field. Hazwoper 40 required, site will
coordinate (supplier not responsible). Hazardous waste incinerator.
Bench testing, wet chemistry. Gas Chromatography testing for PCBs,;
Metals analysis using ICP-OES. Lab Coat/Uniform, Gloves, Steel Toed
Boots, safety glasses, working under a hood. Skills:chemistry, ICP,
MS, lab testing, environmental testingAdditional Skills &
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry preferred. Biology
with Bio-Chem classes. + 2-3 years of experience. This role
