Director, Inside SalesYou will be responsible for the direct sales of Workforce Solutions services to companies in the small to medium sized business space (under 4,999 employees). The Director is responsible for managing a team of Account Executives in specific Industries or emerging markets to focus on prospecting and closing new opportunities with companies that are new to Employer Services offerings.Experience in selling Human Resources and/or Payroll solutions is required. You will collaborate across centers of excellence and with various professionals, so it s essential that that you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working as a team and across a matrix organization. You should also be able to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific new business sales goals. Ultimately, the Inside Sales Director is responsible to build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and increased revenue.Who is Equifax? Responsibilities:You will manage the inside sales representatives teamYou will hire and train inside sales staffYou will set and track new business sales targetsYou will need to facilitate new processes, tools, communications, training and methodologies to ensure sales program and campaign success across teams and departments throughout the companyYou will suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration processCoordinate department projects to meet deadlinesYou will report on sales metrics and suggest improvementsPrepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecastsUse customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or productsResearch and discover methods to increase customer engagementYou will ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are adhered toYou will build an open-communication environment for your teamCommunicate with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase salesWhat makes you a great fit for this role?5+ years experience leading inside sales teams in a business to business, solutions selling environmentExperience in selling Human Resources and/or Payroll solutions requiredHands on experience with CRM software, Marketing Automation and Dialer SoftwareIn-depth understanding of the sales process and customer buying journeyExcellent interpersonal and team management skillsStrong analytical and organizational skillsNumerical abilities and problem-solving attitudeBachelor s degree required, advanced degree preferred, experience in lieu of a degree consideredPreferred Qualifications:5-7 years of previous management experience in sales and/or account managementProven successful track record in meeting and/or exceeding revenue goals and client retention goals through delivery of services/products that add value and profitAbility to prioritize opportunities and execute enterprise account and territory plans accordingly with dependability and ownershipA thorough understanding of C-level client executive working challenges and relationship strategies a plusOutstanding critical thinking skills with the ability to work within a matrix structure and in cross functional teamsExemplary communication skills (verbal, written and client facing presentation)Full PC literacy including the customer relationship management system (CRM) and MS officeTravel up to 40% of the timeThe Perks of being an Equifax Employee?We offer an excellent compensation packages with high-reaching market salaries and 401k matching, along with the works: comprehensive healthcare packages, schedule flexibility, work from home opportunities, paid time off, and organizational growth potential.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
