The Equifax Workforce Solutions Marketing organization is
looking for an energetic, passionate leader with demonstrated
skills in marketing strategy development, go-to-market execution,
solutions marketing, and program management. This position is
responsible for the portfolio of products, solutions, and
strategies that drive demand, utilization and revenue from current
and prospective customers in our employer services division. Vice
President of Marketing- Employer Services will work across the
organization, our markets and partners to ensure that our product
portfolio is aligned with customer needs and market opportunities
and that execution of product development initiatives is
successful. The successful candidate will drive the holistic
go-to-market plan across the EWS Employer Services portfolio that
enables profitable revenue growth and product differentiation.

Responsibilities: Serve as the voice of the customer.
Develop business strategy and define and execute the marketing

Ability to frame insights and communicate recommendations simply
Ability to effectively engage with and drive cross-functional
teams to align around and achieve shared objectives (product,
marketing, sales, creative, planning, etc.)
Ability to successfully balance multiple competing priorities
and manage complex work streams while consistently delivering
Outstanding interpersonal, communication (oral and written), and
Experience in the technology and/or data industries or working
with technology and/or data-related products and services
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar field
required. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
