Job Description:

Business Development Coordinator SpecialCare Hospital Management is seeking a motivated Business Development Coordinator to assist our Business Development Manager in driving lead generation and expanding the business. You will conduct market analysis, initiate contact with prospects, generate leads and sales, maintain relationships with existing clients and address their needs, and complete a range of administrative duties.To excel in this role, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, have excellent people skills, and be comfortable pitching and presenting to customers regularly.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research for Business Development, including generating market analysis reports
  • Manage direct mail campaigns for Business Development as directed
  • Generate reports for Business Development as necessary and as assigned
  • Prepare all proposals and agreements for presentations to prospective hospital/clients including the proposal, the Income & Cost Projection, and supporting materials
  • Complete miscellaneous research, reports, memos, and special projects as requested.
  • Be aware of and comply with BayMark guidelines on all external public speaking, press releases, and Media interviews.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in the evaluation of all SpecialCare internal and external communication and overall marketing promotions and procedures at each client facility to ensure compliance with SpecialCare, BayMark, and hospital guidelines.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager with operational management on all marketing, promotion, communications such as television, radio, newspaper, news media, advertisement, direct mail, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager in the design of marketing materials to support new and ongoing marketing efforts; assist in the review of all current marketing materials such as brochures, post cards, ads, etc., to ensure information is up to date and accurate.
  • Produce content for the corporate website as directed by the Marketing Manager. Review & edit existing content to ensure information is accurate & current.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in monitoring and/or posting to social media channels for accuracy and ensure all information on the sites is current. Create new content as directed.
  • Other duties, as assigned.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum of two (2) years of related experience in sales support, marketing, or communications
    • Highly knowledgeable of media concepts and prior research experience
    • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
    • Basic understand of sales and marketing functions
    • Ability to assist and support others
    • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, and gather and analyze information skillfully
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality, remain open to others' ideas, and exhibit willingness to learn new things
    • Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
    • Ability to edit work for spelling and grammar, present numerical data effectively, and read and interpret written information
    • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, and develop realistic action plans
    • Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, and monitor own work to ensure quality. Able to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected eventsBenefits:
