Job Description Job Description Located in St. Louis, MO Salary: $17hr Assembly & Production Associate - 1st Shift (Shrewsbury, MO | $17/hr) Shift: 1st Shift - 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pay: $17/hour Location: Shrewsbury, MO Job Overview We are hiring a dependable Assembly & Production Associate to join our manufacturing team in Shrewsbury. In this role, you will assemble small devices , inspect materials and finished parts , and monitor production operations to ensure product quality and efficiency. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail , logic , and effective communication skills who wants consistent hours and a stable work environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble small devices and components according to production requirements Inspect materials and finished parts for accuracy, defects, and quality standards Report findings to supervisors and document any issues Monitor production operations to maintain safe and efficient workflow Follow workplace safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Qualifications Strong attention to detail , logic, and problem?solving skills Clear and effective communication abilities Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Previous assembly or production experience is a plus, but not required Able to stand for the full shift and perform repetitive tasks Why Apply?
