Job Description Job Description The Vinyl Production Tech is
responsible for various tasks related to the production and
handling of vinyl graphics, banners, signs, and other products
offered by Vinyl Images. Primary responsibilities include weeding,
masking, cutting, and rolling Fleet Graphics. This role requires
strong organizational skills, time management, flexibility, and the
ability to work effectively as part of a team. This position is
located in Fenton, MO. Compensation: $16 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Execute a range of
production tasks, including weeding, masking, cutting, rolling,
welding, boxing, and installing. Maintain a clean, organized, and
efficient workspace to support productivity. Provide
cross-functional support to print, production, shipping, and
installation departments as needed. Consistently follow all safety
protocols and best practices. Receive and respond to constructive
feedback with a positive, growth-oriented attitude. Participate in
company meetings and team discussions as required. Manage multiple
tasks and responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Learn and utilize both hardware and software essential to
production operations. Communicate and collaborate professionally
with team members to support a positive work environment. Uphold
high standards of quality while maximizing efficiency. Continue to
grow industry knowledge, particularly in vinyl production
processes. Lift and handle heavy objects safely as needed. Build
strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients to
promote teamwork and customer satisfaction. Qualifications:
Willingness to learn and apply new methods, tools, and technologies
relevant to production operations. Familiarity or willingness to
train on department-specific equipment such as printers,
laminators, and plotters. Ability to quickly learn and navigate
computer software programs. Strong workflow management and
effective communication with team members. Quality-conscious with
the ability to work efficiently under time constraints. Preferred
experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Omega (not required).
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Assist with shipping and receiving
operations. Maintain accurate inventory levels for materials,
substrates, and other supplies. Provide support to other
departments as needed. Always adhere to safety protocols and
guidelines. Complete assigned tasks on time while maintaining
productivity and quality. Build and maintain positive relationships
with co-workers and customers. Capable of multitasking and managing
competing priorities effectively. Demonstrate a commitment to
