This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys interested in gaining experience in general civil litigation, particularly in cases involving medical negligence, employment discrimination, and general tort liability. Why HeplerBroom: Competitive Compensation: Associate attorney eligible total compensation ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, with the potential for annual performance-based raises and discretionary bonuses.
