The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex business and commercial disputes and will be comfortable managing cases through all stages of litigation. Salary & Benefits - Competitive base salary range of $115,000 - $145,000, commensurate with experience - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) plan with firm contributions - Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays - Continuing legal education (CLE) support and professional development opportunities - Partnership-track potential for qualified candidates Qualifications - Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school - Admission to the Missouri Bar in good standing - 3 years of experience in commercial or business litigation - Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills - Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents - Proven ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively in a team environment - Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills - Experience appearing in state and federal court preferred Responsibilities - Represent clients in complex commercial and business litigation matters in state and federal courts - Handle all aspects of case management, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and hearings - Draft pleadings, memoranda, and briefs with a high level of precision and professionalism - Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies - Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and strategic guidance - Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on trial preparation and case strategy - Participate in mediation, arbitration, and settlement negotiations as appropriate - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
