This role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients on sophisticated estate planning, trust, tax, and probate matters while providing personalized legal solutions. Salary & Benefits - Competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with firm contribution - Paid time off and holidays - Professional development support and continuing legal education opportunities Qualifications - J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Missouri - 2 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, probate, or related tax planning - Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced estate planning strategies - Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills - Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and provide tailored legal guidance Responsibilities - Advise individuals and families on estate planning strategies, wealth transfer, and tax planning - Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives - Represent clients in probate and trust administration matters - Provide counsel on business succession planning and charitable giving - Collaborate with clients' financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive solutions - Maintain strong client relationships and assist with ongoing estate planning updates - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
