They are available for review at https:/jobs.centene.com/us/en/benefits The salary range for CO is: $90,000 - 130,000; The salary range for CT is $100,000 - 140,000****Position Purpose:**Provide legal advice and support to the Special Investigations Unit (SIU) as it detects, prevents, and corrects fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA). Work with SIU leaders and investigators to review cases, communicate with regulators and law enforcement, and interact with providers and their counsel to resolve FWA findings. Advise SIU on the application of legal, regulatory, and contractual provisions relevant to the department's responsibilities.+ Assist SIU investigators in case development and evaluation, work collaboratively with law enforcement and regulators, and facilitate resolution of FWA cases with providers and their counsel.+ Research legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements relevant to SIU's duties and advise SIU team members on implementation and compliance.+ Assist in reviewing SIU's responses to requests for information ("RFIs"), subpoenas, or other document requests received from regulators or law enforcement.+ Represent the company and its business units in administrative hearings arising from SIU's cases.+ Coordinate with and support external counsel in litigation connected to SIU's cases or other FWA-related matters.**Our Comprehensive Benefits Package:**+ Flexible work solutions including remote options, hybrid work schedules and dress flexibility+ Competitive pay+ Paid Time Off including paid holidays+ Health insurance coverage for you and dependents+ 401(k) and stock purchase plans+ Tuition reimbursement and best-in-class training and development**Education/Experience:**Graduate of an accredited law school.3+ years of legal experience.Experience in litigation, either criminal or civil, required.Experience in health-care law and / or fraud, waste, and abuse investigation preferred.**Licenses/Certifications:** State Bar and currently in good standing._Centene is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity, and values the ways in which we are different.
