Edge Kids provides an active, upbeat and motivating atmosphere where Fitness Meets Fun! /n What we expect from you /n /n - Move, Groove and play with children aged 12 weeks -12 years utilizing our exciting Edge Kids program of activities. /n - Provide outstanding member experience and customer service /n - Smiling is your favorite! And you like to make others smile as well /n /n You'll fit in here if /n /n - You enjoy being a goofball and love giving high-5's /n - Kids really like you, and their parents do too! /n - You exhibit high energy and a great attitude. /n - You work hard, play hard! You love to have fun, but know when there's work to do /n - You are looking to make a difference in kid's lives /n /n You will think your job is awesome because /n /n - Kids will walk out of Edge Kids more confident than when they walked in /n - We take fun pretty seriously, but we also take the role you play in a child's life seriously too /n - This may not be your career, but we are going to train you like it is /n - You'll get your steps in and close all your activity rings while you have fun with the kids. /n - We offer a flexible schedule to fit in with your life /n /n General Club Responsibilities /n /n - Support and articulate Edge Kids mission /n - Adhere to Edge Kids Policies and Procedures /n - Greet parents and check in children to Edge Kids in a professional and friendly manner /n - Be energetic, enthusiastic and motivated /n - Engage and instruct children in age appropriate games and activities according to provided program of activities. /n - Support fellow staff in all areas of the Edge Fitness Clubs /n - Demonstrate a positive attitude /n - Be comfortable with children ages 12 weeks through 12 years /n - Keep room neat, clean and sanitary /n /n Key Qualifications: /n /n - Ability to work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends. /n - Demonstrates a "roll up the sleeves" mentality /n - Must have a passion for working with kids /n - Positive and enthusiastic /n - Committed to training and ongoing personal development /n - Can demonstrate excellent class management skills /n - Must have a good work ethic; be reliable, on time and dependable /n
