10% Job Summary The Application Support Supervisor role is
responsible for leading and driving initiatives related to Altor’s
financial and business systems, including the Company’s ERP,
NetSuite. Additionally, this role is responsible for the
development, implementation, delivery, maintenance, continuity, and
support of NetSuite, ensuring that all users are well-trained and
equipped with the knowledge to effectively utilize the system to
its fullest potential. The Application Support Supervisor will work
closely with cross-functional teams to maintain connectors with
other software used in the organization. The ideal candidate for
this role is a dynamic and motivated individual who can collaborate
with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and other teams
to understand requirements and translate them into actionable
steps. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide leadership,
development, and oversight of assigned staff to develop a high
performing team that consistently exceeds companywide objectives.
Oversee the maintenance and daily management of business
applications, providing general system administration. Prioritize
and independently execute activities based on tickets and support
requests. Collaborate with 3rd party services, IT team members, and
internal stakeholders to manage system configuration, integration
across systems, data migration and user role set up and
maintenance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business application
functionality, industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Develop, run, distribute, implement, and support in-depth
dashboards, searches, and operational reports to Altor functional
leaders. Manage custom fields, forms, records, lists, and workflows
to meet business requirements, including User Acceptance Testing
tasks. Build, implement, and maintain proper system permissions
access for all user roles. Ensure system configuration, data
integrity, and adherence to all system-related policies and
procedures. Provide front-line support for all users, addressing
NetSuite, data maintenance, roles and authorizations, and other
business application-related inquiries. Design and implement
integration strategies for seamless data flow between applications
and systems and troubleshoot any data integration issues. Perform
ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) of data across systems, conduct data
validation checks to ensure accurate and complete data integration
that is in accordance with quality assurance processes. Ensure
compliance with data governance policies and security standards for
NetSuite. Support the audit process and implement audit report
recommendations. Create customizations, scripting, and workflows
for NetSuite, working with vendors as needed. Document integration
processes, data flows, customizations and transformation rules for
future reference. Monitor integration processes, identify areas for
improvement, and implement performance optimizations. Serve as the
primary point of contact for NetSuite support and all 3rd party
integration partners. Collaborate and partner with internal
stakeholders to ensure that the design and functionality of the
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is driving value and
efficiency for the organization. Review NetSuite upgrades to assess
their impact on processes, configurations, and customizations.
Analyze complex problems and leverage NetSuite capabilities to
provide effective solutions. Be available on-call 24/7 for system
support as needed. Other duties as assigned. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with a technical or business management major
from an accredited college/university, or equivalent combination of
training and experience. At least 2 years of leadership experience
is preferred. Ability to travel to sites for support or project
deployment, as needed. Manufacturing experience preferred. Computer
Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should be
proficient with Microsoft Office MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. At
least 5 years of NetSuite experience, including expertise in
creating dashboards, custom fields, forms, saved searches, reports,
and workflows. Good knowledge of at least one scripting language.
