Job Description:

seeking a Service Technician I to join our dedicated Technical
Support team. This role is paramount in maintaining the integrity
and performance of our cutting-edge security systems that are
deployed across varied environments globally. At Securitas Inc.,
you will leverage your skills to ensure uninterrupted security
services that protect businesses, communities, and infrastructures
in over 58 countries. Conduct routine and emergency maintenance on
security technologies including alarms, cameras, and access control
systems. Troubleshoot and repair faults in security hardware and
software. Provide technical support and guidance to customers and
onsite security personnel. Document service and installation
actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. Assist in
system installations and system upgrades alongside senior
technicians. Ensure adherence to all company policies and
regulations regarding safety and security protocols. Stay updated
with the latest in security technology and troubleshooting
techniques. Proficiency in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and
repairing electronic equipment Solid understanding of network
configuration, including wireless and wired network devices Ability
to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics Strong
problem-solving skills and attention to detail Effective
communication skills necessary for working with diverse teams and
clients Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Certification from CompTIA (such as A, Network) is
advantageous Any security industry-specific certifications (e.g.,
Certified Alarm Technician) are highly desirable
