Software Engineer to join the Enterprise Software Engineering team
located in Berkeley, Missouri, North Charleston, South Carolina, or
Huntington Beach, California. This position will focus on
supporting the Boeing Research & Technology (BR&T) business
organization. In this position, you will collaborate with other
world-class scientists, researchers, and engineers innovating on a
range of technologies including advanced training, production
analytics, assembly automation and advanced manufacturing
technologies. As part of BR&T Software Engineering, our
software engineers use their expertise to create next-generation
software capabilities for amazing aerospace and autonomy platforms.
Our products help solve Boeing's most challenging problems across
Commercial Airplanes, Defense Space & Security, and Global Services
businesses. Position Responsibilities: - Leads activities to
develop, document and maintain architectures, requirements,
algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systems - Leads
development of code and integration of complex software components
into a fully functional software system - Develop software
verification plans, test procedures and test environments,
executing the test procedures and documenting test results to
ensure software system requirements are met - Provides technical
leadership for software projects and leads software supplier
management activities - Leads development, selection, tailoring and
deployment of processes, tools and metrics - Plans, executes and
documents software research and development projects - Serves as a
subject matter expert for software domains, system-specific issues,
processes and regulations - Tracks and evaluates software team and
supplier performance to ensure product and process conformance to
project plans and industry standards This position requires the
ability to obtain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance for which the US
Government requires U.S. Citizenship. Ability to obtain Secret U.S.
Security clearance (Post-Start). Basic Qualifications (Required
Skills/ Experience): - 7 years of experience designing and
developing software using Python, C#, C, C++, and/or Java - 3 years
of experience with Agile software development - 2 years of
experience in a leadership role Preferred Qualifications (Desired
Skills/Experience): - Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science
degree from an accredited course of study, in Computer Engineering,
Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or
other technical degree - 9 or more years' related work experience
or an equivalent combination of education and experience -
Experience with Cloud Computing technologies (AWS, Cloud
Foundry/Tanzu) - Experience with Web development technologies
(ASP.NET MVC, Node.js, React.js, ) - Experience with continuous
integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) practices -
Experience with Docker container technology and Kubernetes
Container Service (KCS) - Experience using DevOps tool chain and
team collaboration tools including GitLab, TFS, JIRA, Jenkins and

Summary Pay Range for Huntington Beach, California: $136,850.00 -
$185,150.00 Summary Pay Range for Berkeley, Missouri and North
Charleston, South Carolina: $127,500.00 - $172,500.00 Applications

Relocation This position offers relocation based on candidate
eligibility. Security Clearance This position requires the ability
to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government
