Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator with to join
our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing
and administering our ERP software. The Systems Administrator will
ensure that the software is functioning properly and will work with
the IT team to support end-users.
What you will do in this role:
- Install, configure, and maintain E-Automate software to ensure
that it is operating efficiently and effectively.
- Work closely with the IT team to identify and resolve issues
related to the E-Automate software.
- Create and maintain user accounts and access levels for the
software
- Develop and maintain documentation related to the E-Automate
software, including training materials and user guides.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues and take
appropriate action to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and make
recommendations to management.
- Ensure that the software is kept up-to-date with the latest
patches and releases.
- Develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures for the
software.
- Train end-users on the use of the E-Automate software.
- Provide technical support to end-users as needed.
- Assist with system upgrades and migrations as required.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business
operations.
- Stay current with the latest trends and developments in ERP
technology. To be successful in this role you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field.
(Experience can substitute).
- At least 3-5 years of experience administering ERP
systems.
- Strong technical skills and experience with SQL and database
management.
- Experience with software installation, configuration, and
troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with reporting and dashboard development.
- Prior experience with E-Automate software a major plus.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment. Working at
