Lead Product Manager - Technical



Overview



Identity Access Management teams are responsible for providing end-to-end services to support internal employees and external customers capabilities to retrieve access to Mastercard systems and applications.



The Identity Access Engineering team, within O&T and Corporate Security, is focused on onboarding new cutting edge technologies within the Identity Access Management space, enhancing existing identity access services through automation, and executing on the strategy of access being an enabler for the business' needs.



The purpose of this job is to be a Technical Product Manager, on a team that is focused on delivering new and enhanced identity access initiatives for our employees.



This position includes, but is not limited to; partnering with management, project managers and technical leads, for implementation of technical solutions, detailing time estimates for initiatives, mentoring junior team team members, and ensuring compliance of audit requirements proactively.



Role



* Partner on technical implementation efforts of new products and services with strong communication to impacted business owners

* Manage and drive the road map, initiatives, features, stories, and tasks for the primary employee identify and access management function

* Working with vendors to implement scalable solutions into our solution architecture

* Manage day-to-day project team efforts

* Prioritize and identify cross team, application and system enhancements

* Lead review sessions of technical requirements and manage defect resolution process

* Partner with your peers in Business Operations (BizOps) and other internal identity access management teams to ensure delivery of services aligns with governance controls and support requirements

* Responsible for ensuring operational readiness of platforms through reviews and procedures of planning, testing, and implementation management

* Responsible to lead cross-functional teams and deliver global projects working with regional offices

* Responsible for coordinating with one or more groups to ensure platform goals are met

* Manage project life cycles from inception to delivery in an Agile framework environment across multiple teams

* Serve as primary point of contact and communication for both internal and external management discussions and presentations

* Develops plans to improve quality within our Identity Access Management systems and platforms



All About You



* High-energy, highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to function under pressure in an independent environment but also as part of a highly productive team

* Working knowledge and experience with managing project teams in an Agile environment

* Advanced knowledge and demonstrated expertise in the areas of planning and project delivery

* Strong leadership, relationship-building and negotiation skills required with a solid track record for developing internal and external relationships

* Must possess strong oral and written communications skills and be effective in interpersonal communication

* Strong experience in Cyber and Information Security, particularly in the Identity and Access Management space is a big plus
