The Role We Want You For
Clayco is currently seeking a Construction Administrator will provide project document coordination and recording throughout the Bid, Design, and Construction and Closeout process. Keep in contact with the design team, project management, peer reviewers and subcontractors to determine document flow and responsibility to maintain Clayco procedural standards while customizing and improving on these standards as required by each project.

Project specific point person for construction documents including drawings, sketches, specs, contracts and change orders, etc. Logging these documents and distributing to the Project Team. Will be responsible for typically 2 to 6 projects at a time.

Requirements:
We are currently seeking a professional and skilled Software Engineer background to develop, create, and support all Microsoft software applications that successfully meet the evolving business needs of the Clayco Enterprise. S/he will collaborate with business analysts and develop/test/deploy appropriate software solutions.
Our ideal candidate will have a knack for designing, customizing, integrating, and administering software for multiple business units with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency on the SharePoint Online, D365, and O365 platform. S/he will analyze and design data structures within an application area, working individually and coordinate development as part of a team. Additionally, our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to implement enterprise and open-source solutions in a dynamic environment. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
--- Perform hands-on technical tasks to manage day-to-day operations of SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Microsoft Graph, OneDrive, and O365 product stack
--- Develop and manage internal relationships with leadership teams, business managers, IT, and business units as well as external relationships with IT vendors and industry peers
--- Participate in the assessment of the customer environment and their requirements and documents results properly
--- Develop processes and PowerShell Scripts to facilitate the migration of content between O365 and enterprise platforms
--- Automation of business processes, documented and repeatable procedures
--- Strong domain knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AAD) platform.
--- Understand business requirements and design the most effective technical solution
--- Licensing administration and lifecycle management
--- Develop components of the technical solution collaborating with Architects
--- Perform tests according to a given test plan and documents results
--- Perform basic support and debugging in test and production environment
--- Demonstrate ability to write simple scripts (e.g. Python, JavaScript)
--- Development, testing, remediation of assigned software components for proprietary apps/services
--- Administration and troubleshooting of escalated issues with proprietary software and all Microsoft products
--- Make recommendations for improvements to existing applications and integrations
--- Partner with Vendor & Managed Services as an extension of your team and thinking strategically for business related initiatives
--- Adopt and operationalize new technologies that enable business objectives

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES:
--- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or Engineering)
--- 4+ years of O365 development, integration, content development, administration roles
--- 3+ years of backend SharePoint and admin experience
--- Agile and DevOps background
--- Working knowledge of software design patterns, SOLID principles and testing automation with JavaScript, CSS3/SASS, HTML 5
--- Familiarity with SharePoint Online, D365, PowerApps, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Microsoft Graph
--- Experience developing SharePoint Online modern pages and web parts
--- Developed and maintained scripts using Power Shell, Python, etc.
--- Active experience integration with Git or Github
--- Great teamwork, analytical, and problem solving
--- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
--- Independent problem-solving and self-direction skills
--- Familiarity with Scrum or Agile software development methodologies
--- Ability to context-switch between multiple projects, codebases, and concepts with ease
--- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
--- Prepare ad-hoc queries/reports for both technical and business teams
--- Minimal travel required
Following knowledge skills and attributes are an added advantage:
--- Exposure to or expertise with Microsoft Azure or equivalent cloud-based platforms
--- JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, React, and NodeJS
--- Dynamics 365 administration and development
