The Brokerage BPM COE group is looking to hire a full stack Software Engineer with extensive experience working with IBM BPM's software.As a member of an Agile Team within WIM Technology, the Software Engineer will provide technical leadership on agile product teams focused on money movement applications like ACH, Wires, Journals and Checks. The resource will be an expert in development of the BPM components but could also help with development in services using Java and user interfaces using Angular. They will act as a lead in providing application design guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of business process and rule management solutions. The individual will analyze highly complex business requirements, designs and technical specifications to design or redesign complex computer platforms and applications. He or she will provide BPM coding direction to less experienced staff as well as develop highly complex original code. They will also act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts. The resource will verify program logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of programs and will oversees overall systems testing and the migration of platforms and applications to production. Key Responsibilities Include:* Application development using IBM BPM within an agile environment* Develop original and/or complex code or provides coding guidance to less experienced staff* Develop solutions that can leverage existing development/tools as well as create solutions that act as building blocks for future development* Perform application and Database support and troubleshooting, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application or system problemsThis position can be based at the Wells Fargo target site location in Saint Louis, MO. This position is NOT ELIGIBLE for relocation assistance.
