This positions will help transform companies across various industries. Our Agile leaders equip our clients with the tools needed to deliver solutions, from idea to outcome, and solve their most complex business problems.Agile practitioners at Daugherty embrace lifetime learning and bring a pragmatic approach to unlocking business agility within our clients.General Responsibilities:* Conduct organizational agile health assessments* Bring business and technical leaders together to create and communicate product vision and strategic roadmaps* Help establish governance structures that align strategy formulation with enterprise execution, enabling the organization to prioritize and manage the inflow of work in a way that balances demand with capacity* Ensure that teams and programs are well managed through the creation of controls that optimize delivery, minimize risk, and maximize throughput* Provide insight and visibility into product health through the creation of executive reports & dashboards that leverage data governance best practices and predictive forecasting* Facilitate cross team, cross department initiatives and manage complex dependencies* Ensure continuous improvement by establishing quick feedback cycles and leveraging data-driven metrics to identify areas of improvementInteresting in joining Team Daugherty? Here are a few things that we look for:Basic Qualifications:* Understanding of complex organizational design* Experience in scaled Agile methods and hybrid models* Working knowledge of enterprise agile tools* High level understanding of enterprise and domain architecture* Ability to identify upstream/downstream dependencies* Ability to create, manage, and mitigate project, program, and product risks* At least 7 years of experience in software or infrastructure delivery* At least 8 years of combined Agile or project management experiencePreferred Qualifications:* Master's Degree* Scrum Alliance CSM or CSP certification or PMI's Agile Certified Professional (ACP)* 2+ year of agile coaching experience* Agile or Professional Coaching certification* Organization Change Management experience or certification (e.g. Prosci)* PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification* SAFe certified or other scaled agile frameworks* Knowledge of Agile Funding Models* Ability to conduct Value Stream Mapping* Knowledge of and experience with product line managementWe offer members of Team Daugherty:* Excellent health, dental, and vision insurance.* Revenue sharing and a 401(k) retirement savings.* Life, disability, and long-term care insurance.* Little to no travel.* Robust career development and extensive training.As a Daugherty employee, your job isn't tied to a client contract.
