---At Neteffects, we are looking for a Junior BI Developer for our Direct client in St. Louis MO. The position is remote as of now but requires the consultant to be onsite in St. Louis MO when offices open up. It is a Contract to Hire position.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills.Must have solid attention to detail.Able to create and maintain organized documentation.Advanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Reasoning ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in many different situations.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.Knowledgeable in developing queries for SQL database reporting.Knowledge of Waste service providers business terms and concepts preferred.
MINIMUM LEVEL OF PREPARATION AND TRAINING NORMALLY REQUIRED:A technical level of knowledge normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or related area, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.1-3 years of work experience with data and business intelligence solutions on the Microsoft tool stack (SQL Server, Power BI, Excel, or Azure).Experience creating complete Microsoft Power BI report solutions; other BI and report tool experience is a plus.Experience with Microsoft SQL Server databases, Microsoft Power BI, DAX, Microsoft Excel, GIT or another code repository. Azure experience is a plus.
