Modis has an immediate job opening for a contract to hire Data Analyst position Developer in the St.Louis area.  This job is fully approved and the manager is looking to interview talented individuals within the next couple of weeks.  Looking for a seasoned IT professional that has strong SQL, Access, Data Management and some Data Architecture/Data Modeling experience.  This is a long-term opportunity with competitive pay, excellent work environment and offers flexible work schedule!
 
This person would be responsible for serving as a developer for metadata management tool configuration. Develop SQL Server stored procedures for data quality and be involved with Master data management.
 
Top 3 REQUIRED technical skills for this position are as follows:
#1. SQL- need to have at least 5 years of SQL experience.  This can be in SQL Server or any other relational database like Oracle.
#2.  Access- need to have strong Access skills
#3. Data Management- needs least 5 years of database management experience.  Data management consists of metadata management, data base design, data architecture, data administration and/or data quality responsibilities.
#3.  At least 6 months of Data Architecture/Data Modeling experience.
 
DESIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
#1. Metadata Management
#2. SQL Stored Procedures
 
Mortgage experience is a plus (not required).  Must have strong communication skills while still having a technical background.  Data governance background and business line experience conducting data quality analysis a plus.
