Job Description:
Anheuser-Busch InBev, a leader in the global brewing industry,
is seeking a Manager, Retirement Benefits to ensure our employees
receive top-tier retirement planning support. This role is pivotal
in administering our retirement benefits programs, aligning them
with our strategic objectives, and ensuring compliance with all
regulatory requirements. As a Manager, Retirement Benefits, you
will oversee the administration of the pension and retirement
plans, collaborate with external consultants and internal
stakeholders, and continuously improve plan offerings. Manage the
daily operations of retirement plan administration, including
401(k), pension plans, and other retirement-related benefits.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and
stay updated on new legislation that may impact retirement
benefits. Work with finance and HR teams to forecast the costs and
funding requirements associated with the benefits plans.
Collaborate with external advisors and service providers to ensure
that retirement plans operate effectively and comply with legal
requirements. Educate and advise employees on their retirement
planning choices and the benefits available to them. Analyze plan
performance, including participation and satisfaction levels, to
recommend and implement improvements. Prepare and deliver
presentations to senior management regarding status and updates on
benefits strategies. Strong knowledge of retirement benefits
programs including 401(k) plans and pensions. Expertise in ERISA,
IRS, DOL regulations, and other applicable benefits legislation.
Proficient in data analysis and financial forecasting related to
benefits planning. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
for interacting with employees, management, and vendors. Ability to
handle multiple projects simultaneously with great attention to
detail. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS)
designation preferred Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or
Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification is a
plus
