Job Description Job Description SUMMARY We are seeking a
dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician II to join
our team at the Broadway site. This role is responsible for setting
up and preparing products according to current manufacturing
procedures, operating specialized equipment, completing batch
records in SAP, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality
policies. The ideal candidate will have aseptic technique
experience, strong punctuality, and the ability to work in a
regulated manufacturing environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES &
RESPONSIBILITIES Set up and operate processing equipment including
Filter Integrity testing, Watson Marlow pumps, Autoclaves, and High
Throughput Bag Line. Deliver products to the warehouse using
motorized pallet jacks. Perform production operations such as hand
fill, prepping fill equipment, aseptic gowning, and qualification.
Clean and sanitize equipment and manufacturing suites after
production operations. Coordinate appropriate disposal of waste and
complete compliance documentation. Communicate production status
and equipment deviations to supervisors. Complete accurate batch
records in SAP consistent with quality guidelines. Ensure all
applicable logbooks are filled out completely. Follow production
procedures, safety policies, and aseptic techniques at all times.
Properly use, clean, and store personal protective equipment (PPE).
Label all in-process equipment and containers appropriately.
Identify and resolve unsafe conditions. Participate in safety and
quality training activities. Support Manufacturing Technician I
activities and document status of processes, products, and
equipment. Perform in-process assays. Set up, dispense, and package
technically challenging products. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum
Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Ability to wear steel-toed
shoes and comply with PPE requirements. Timeliness and punctuality
are essential. Preferred Qualifications Some college or Associate’s
degree preferred. 1 years of manufacturing experience. SAP
experience required. Aseptic technique experience required.
Osmometer or pipetting experience preferred. Knowledge of
chemistry, mathematics, and science. Experience with safe chemical
handling methods. Effective oral and written communication skills.
Strong computer, mechanical, troubleshooting, and organizational
skills. WORKING CONDITIONS 100% on-site role at the Broadway
facility. Manufacturing environment with strict adherence to safety
and quality standards. Must be able to stand, walk, and perform
manual tasks throughout the shift. On-site interviews required.
