Human Resources Director
Aramark Uniform Services (AUS) provides uniforms and related
products to more than 300,000 customers nationwide, in virtually
every industry.From designing and manufacturing to laundering and
delivering, AUS works with local and national clients to create and
maintain a total uniform solution that promotes teamwork and
establishes a professional identity.AUS operates from over 200
locations nationwide and has an opportunity for a Human Resources
Director.
The Human Resources Director, will act as a strategic Human
Resources business partner with regional senior management. The
Human Resources Director will have overall responsibility for
employee relations, management of succession planning and bench
strength, training support, operational issues/strategic planning,
safety, workers compensation support and special HR projects.
The Human Resources Director will have responsibility for a
specific geographic region.The Human Resources Director may have a
Human Resources Manager as a direct report and will partner with
other field Human Resources and Corporate leaders.
Responsibilities:
REPORTING STRUCTURE:
The Director of Human Resources reports to the Associate Vice
President, of Human Resources.

professional credibility, organizational presence, and demonstrated
skill/ability in partnering effectively at all levels in the
organization.In addition, it is expected that the successful
