Development Sr Manager, you will serve as a strategic business
partner and use your experience in the development and
implementation of talent strategies to help drive high-performing
teams. You will be responsible for leading the efforts of
identifying, developing and enabling the progression of
high-potential colleagues while partnering with Retail business
leaders, HR Business Partners, HR Directors, and the Centers of
Excellence.You will conduct regular Talent Reviews with the
business, to help forecast talent and skill needs, build strong
succession plans, consider talent moves and future roles, create
development plans and actions and identify and nominate promising
talent into development programs. You will ensure that talent
action plans are followed up and coach people managers to drive
high engagement and performance in their teams. In this critical
role, you will help build ready-now leaders to support Retail
Business units. To be successful in this role you must exhibit the
following:- Knowledge of one or more assessment methodologies, such
as Hogan, MBTI, DISC, etc.- Past experience identifying skills gaps
and designing interventions to accelerate readiness, build
leadership capability, and increase team performance -Previous
experience and success brokering talent within and across functions
-Ability to manage talent review and succession planning
processes-Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
through successful delivery and implementation under time, budget,
and political pressure-Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, and
organizational skills with the ability to interact effectively at
all levels and across diverse cultures-Self-motivated along with
the ability to respond quickly to requests-Highly resourceful and
independent with proven ability to flex own style to be both
strategic and hands-on when required-The ability to navigate large
organizations with sound judgement and to collaborate and influence
with direct and indirect accountability as well as build trust with
senior leaders-The ability to simplify the complex and
operationalize with consistent executionPay RangeThe typical pay
range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 162,700Please keep
in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions
in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual
salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors,
including location.Required QualificationsLocated in ME, VT, NH,
MA, RI, CT, NY, PA, NJ, DE, TX, FL or MO- 5+ years of Talent
Development/Talent Management experience - The ability to travel up
to 50% of the time within your designated region which may include
