Job DescriptionUS Country Manager, Professional Staffing Remote - East Coast Preferred with the goal to setup a physical office location and build out a team5-10 Years Staffing Industry Experience RequiredAre you a staffing leader looking for your next opportunity? A 30 year old UK based Staffing Firm, who focuses on the Life Sciences, Engineering (Renewables) and IT Data Center space, is looking for a leader to launch and lead US based operations.You will be walking into close to $2m in current GP$ and will be tasked with learning and rolling out this brand within both current and new clients across the US.What You Will Do

• Build a team of 5 in the first year
• Identify, qualify, negotiate and close deals to hit ambitious quarterly and annual targets (goal of $10m by year 3!)What We' re Looking For
  • Experience with growing business units to > $10m
  • History of hitting/exceeding targets and penetrating new markets
  • Excellent Business Operations skills, including forecasting, pipeline management, and recruitingWhat You Get
