The Business Process Manager will work to ensure that business
process outcomes are in harmony with an organization's strategic
goals. This role will evaluate, design, execute, measure, monitor
and control business processes.
Evaluate existing business
processes.Establish and outline business process
improvements.Coordinate business process improvement strategies
with internal stakeholders.Oversee all aspects related to the
implementation stages of business process improvement
initiatives.Examine and monitor implemented changes to business
processes and adjusting as needed.Guide and supervise personnel who
were assigned specific tasks.Requirements:
5+ years' experience in business
process reengineering, procedures development and documentation,
and project leadershipBreadth of understanding across HR functions/
HR Background PreferredVisio, Igrafx or other process modeling and
analysis toolsAbility to identify opportunities and drive the
execution of solutions.Exceptional organizational skills and the
ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at one time is
required.4 year college degree preferredScaled Agile Preferred
