Job Description:

Summary: This position is responsible for sourcing, attracting, hiring, and onboarding talent at AdMed.

Responsibilities and Duties

Recruiting Activities Include:
Successfully completes recruiting coordinator tasks (preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding)
Performs searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as computer databases, networking, recruiting resources, media advertisements, collegiate internship programs, and job fairs
Attends On-Campus Recruiting events at various universities to conduct screening interviews with students for employment and internships, oversees sourcing, scheduling, and successful onboarding of interns
Builds networks with respective professional organizations and university student recruiting departments
Works with operations management to understand company talent resource needs
Update and ensure accuracy of job descriptions
Keeps track of candidate evaluation tools, applications, candidate assessments, interview questions, etc.
Reviews employment applications and job descriptions to match applicants with job requirements
Works with hiring managers to identify talent needs
Screens/interviews job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills
Informs job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities
Coordinates with AdMed candidates through the interview scheduling process
Maintains continuity of communication between candidates and the company throughout the hiring process, including to notify candidate of status
drafts offer letters
Adhere to all laws, rules and regulations, and hiring practices
Schedules and conducts new employee onboarding
Adds new employee details to company specific systems, including technology set up with IT vendor; coordinate's all new employee technology procurement and return
Prepares and maintains employment records related to hiring and hiring-related paperwork
Updates standard operating procedures for recruiting/internship/hiring processes
Continually measures, reviews, and assesses recruiting, hiring, and on-boarding and off-boarding procedures, systems, and tools for efficiency and effectiveness
Suggests process/tool optimizations based on review findings.
Off Boarding
Schedules and conducts employee off boarding tasks which includes gathering equipment, ensuring employee completes confidentiality documents and all off boarding paperwork
Proper timely removal of employee data in systems, and completion of exit interviews

Administrative Activities Include:
Schedule and confirm appointments for visiting talent
Manages paper and electronic filing systems, records information, updates paperwork, or maintains documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, HR data
Meets recruitment metrics and continuously tracks recruitment progress
Arranges conferences, meetings, or travel reservations for employees
Maintains and updates human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks and directories

Bachelor's degree; preferably in an HR or business related field
Two (2+) years of related experience which must include recruiting coordination
