This position is critical in helping to execute our global people strategic initiatives and programs while driving HR functional excellence. The ideal candidate is a thought leader, strong change agent, and one who enjoys a challenge.Responsibilities* Developing and delivering experiences with our colleagues at the center of our focus to achieve employee best practices, programs and policies.* Facilitating HR planning and strategic business planning sessions with leadership teams.* Leading and coaching direct reports to ensure achievement of individual development and career goals.* Develop integrated solutions and formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to leadership and team members that align with the business objectives of the organization.* Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.* Providing advice, coaching and counsel to leaders while managing employee relations, compensation, compliance, performance management, diversity & inclusion and policy administration.* The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company* Approaches decisions proactively and in a fact-based way, makes effective and pragmatic choices, balances benefit and risk, maintains compliance, and drives holistic business strategies.* The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves" in a matrix and continuously changing environment.* Demonstrated track record of understanding business drivers and how rewards can help the organization to deliver on its strategic goals.* Must be a collaborative team player with strong intrapersonal and influencing skills.Qualifications* 10+ years of progressive generalist experience in the full range of HR functional areas.* Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring direct reports* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Human Resources or related field.* Master's degree - preferredPerficient full-time employees receive complete and competitive benefits.
