Responsibilities:
As a contributing member of Esquire Recruiting, our remote recruiters are responsible for maintaining, building and extending client relationships through excellence in the recruitment process delivery. This will include sourcing, screening, assessing, and submitting candidates to specifically assigned client companies. The role of an Esquire recruiter focuses on creatively sourcing targeted candidates, high touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activities. The Recruiter is the subject matter expert for their assigned search(s) and for candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.
Key Accountabilities:
Work within the Esquire Recruiting multi-channel sourcing strategies to search for uniquely qualified candidates to meet client specific job profiles
Build a network of talent for current and future job searches
Able to lead or control assigned client relationships and associated candidate searches.
Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies
Able to professional draft candidate presentations based on unique skill sets, employment history, salary details and summary of work history and job specific strengths and accomplishments.
Use competency interviewing strategies to identify and differentiate candidates to be presented to clients or fellow team members.
Effectively communicate position opportunities and client value proposition and keep candidates updated on their status throughout the recruitment timeline
Able to effectively communicate offers to candidates when appropriate
Work effectively and keep current all updates in Esquire projects and resources.

Requirements (Required):
Successful Candidates must fit Esquire's unique remote operating environment, business model and culture. The successful Esquire Recruiter is independent, innovative, lean, intuitive, self-motivated and values driven.
3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience working will all employee levels.
3+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process
Preference for someone with 1 plus years of law firm (non-attorney) recruiting experience
3 years of successful experience in conducting proficiency/competency candidate phone interviews Proven ability and success in working with online candidate sourcing tools (LinkedIn, etc.)
3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include recruitment strategies and Boolean searches
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree or related industry experience

Other Skills and Abilities:
Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
Able to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously
Effective in working within highly time sensitive deadlines
Possess a sense of urgency, be resourceful, curious and adaptable.
Self-motivated and results driven
Flexible to occasionally travel to industry related-vendor focused events or visit client company contacts.
