team!Position SummaryA key member of the Global Total Rewards Team,
this position will contribute to the development and execution of
global compensation strategies and programs. This position is
accountable for the alignment of rewards practices and programs to
global rewards principles and policies. This position will lead
projects and manage vendors.This role is a subject matter expert
who is able to partner/provide advice to the HR team and business
leaders to develop compensation-related strategies and solutions
relevant to regional and local business needs, including providing
rewards expertise guidance to country HR on all

internal and industry standards, as well as of the changing
business environment as it relates to compensation and other Total
Rewards programsBusiness Expertise: Applies industry expertise to
improve financial and operational performanceLeadership: Leads
project team members and vendors to execute global compensation
strategyProblem Solving: Directs the resolution of highly complex
or unusual business problems applying advance analytical thought

implementation and administration of compensation, policies, and
procedures.Provides project management and cost impact assessment
for potential program changes.Ensures project milestones are met
within the approved budgets and agreed with timing.Partner with a
diverse group of global stakeholders to assess needs and build
capability in managing global compensation activities.Manage base
pay competitiveness and balance internal equity within the global
pay structure. Manage job evaluation and compensation reviews
(process for market benchmarking and job pricing) with local HR to
and ensure alignment with the global compensation structureEnsure
access to robust market data through participation in local salary
and benefits surveys and participate in industry Rewards Forums
where we have the scale to keep updated with relevant external
insights and trends.Ensures equity survey participationFacilitate
annual compensation risk assessmentProvide support on executive
compensationRecommend compensation program designDrive sales
performance by providing expertise support on local Sales Incentive
Plan review/designCompensation compliance (FLSA in the US, pay
equity, etc.)Develop education materials on the global programs and
reward fundamentals and conduct education sessions with Human
Resources and people managersAccountable and responsible for some
of the compensation year-end processes, including managing the set
up of the system to support the annual execution of these
processes.Manage contract, relationship and spend with compensation
vendorsPerform necessary compensation analytics to help ROI on
rewards $ and leverage on analytics to help the business make
performance-driven decisions.Governance as it relates to the
programs above, including supporting the internal compensation
governance committee.May perform other duties as assigned.Required
Skills and ExperienceFour-year bachelor's degree with a major in
human resources, finance, accounting, or related fieldsFive years
of increasing responsibility and experience in global
compensation.Strong excel skills, including financial
modelingStrong project management skills and experience with change
management toolsVendor management skillsExceptional verbal and
written presentation skills, including the development of materials
for different audiences at all levelsAbility to work across
culturesAbility to organize and prioritize own workloadAble to work
to a high level of accuracyPreferred Skills and ExperienceExecutive
compensation experienceWorking Relationships & EnvironmentReports
to Sr. Director, Global Rewards and RecognitionWorking

Typical office setting (or home office)Will require meetings
outside typical day time office hours to coordinate with global
