We’re looking for an experienced dog groomer who wants strong pay, one-on-one grooming, and support from someone who understands grooming firsthand — without rushed days or unrealistic expectations. What We Offer $300–$500 per day take-home 50% commission W2 on services 100% of tips Flexible schedules, full-time and part-time options One-on-one grooming in a fully equipped mobile van Scheduling built with quality and pet safety in mind Support from an owner who understands grooming firsthand Responsibilities Provide high-quality grooming services (bathing, clipping, styling) Ensure pet comfort and safety at all times Communicate clearly with pet parents Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming van Drive safely between appointments Manage time efficiently without being rushed Qualifications 2 years professional dog grooming experience Comfortable working independently Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, organized, and professional Introductory Period (First 90 Days) The first 90 days focus on setting you up for success in mobile grooming.
