Job Description:

Zencity seeks hard-working, dependable, and detail-oriented housekeepers to clean our residential short-term rental units throughout St. Louis after our guests depart. The nature of the cleans are essentially hotel turnovers, not deep cleans: change sheets, wipe down surfaces, vacuum/sweep/mop floors, stage apartment to be guest friendly, stock supplies, and return keys to lockbox.

Nearly all the work happens between 10:30 AM - 3:00 PM and you can make $750 a week for only 3-5 hours a day! Also, all the work is done independently, so you can get in a groove and not worry about moving at someone else's pace. Additional opportunities for work may be available for those who consistently complete high-quality cleans.

Job Requirements:

• Must be a professional with a positive attitude
• Must love to clean!
• Must have valid driver's license
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle
• Must have smartphone and be proficient using apps
• Must speak and write English
• Must be available between 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM on Sundays, Mondays, and holidays (cleans available 7 days/week)
  Physical Requirements:
  
  • Must be capable of driving to and from rental units
  • Must be able to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 35 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques
  • Must be able to maneuver effectively around rental units and warehouse spaces
