Job Description In Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) Service Areas: Lemay, Ballwin & Afton I Schedule: Part-time ; Afternoon Availability *In-Home Therapists must be able to commute from home to home* Why Join Autism Learning Collaborative? We’re seeking dedicated and highly independent Registered Behavior Technicians who thrive in autonomous environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional in-home ABA therapy. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and confident managing their time and responsibilities while traveling between clients. What You’ll Do: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. Implement treatment plans from a BCBA. Track progress & support families. Requirements: High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred). Experience working with kids. Reliable transportation & driver’s license. Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
