Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Full Time - Updated Minimal Call Schedule! Call is taken from home, with a 30-min call requirement. 2nd call rarely called in overnight. New Graduates Welcome, offering Advanced Sign-On Bonus for Students! Salary -Base salary starts at $243,500.00 for new grads (salary is based on CRNA experience). -Supplemental pay for call and hours worked beyond scheduled shifts. -Sign-On Bonus of $30,000.00 -Advanced Sign-On Bonus option for Students of $1500/month . -Annual Call Bonus of $15,000 for taking call. -Eligible for Annual Merits. -CRNAs are not Contracted. Overview Missouri Baptist Medical Center , an acute care hospital in St. Louis County, offers a full continuum of medical and surgical services, including heart care, cancer, women and infants, breast health, gastrointestinal, orthopedic, stroke, therapy, wound and pain management services. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Advanced practice nurse who works in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons and other physicians and medical professionals to deliver anesthesia for medical and surgical procedures. This description is for employees transitioning from Ballas Anesthesia Inc during the initial offering period. Responsibilities Participates in professional development Provides direct patient care and documents care given. Ensures compliance with all applicable state, local, and federal laws that may apply to anesthesia services. Completes the pre-anesthesia patient record, reviews the results of laboratory data, and begins induction when appropriate. BJC has determined this is a safety-sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function of this job.
