Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/06/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: /n/n Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. /n/n Opportunity: /n RN - PCU /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM /n• Schedule: 4x12 shift pattern /n• 48 guaranteed hours per week /n• Weekend hours as needed /n• No call requirements /n• Work in Neuro Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit /n• 1 years of critical care experience required /n• Neuro/Stepdown/Trauma experience preferred /n• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS /n• Float requirements as needed/customary upon request /n• Use standard nursing equipment on ICU level and EPIC EMR system /n• Care for neuro trauma patients /n• Must pass mandatory medication and math competency test before assuming medication administration responsibilities /n• Dress code requires black scrubs /n• Must demonstrate team player attitude, commitment to positive patient outcomes, and superior communication skills /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility has provided healing services to the St. Louis region for over 150 years, offering nationally recognized medical and specialty care.
