Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Saint Louis,
Missouri. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry -

hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel
Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Tele Job Details: • Work 12-hour night
shifts caring for medical surgical oncology patients • Guaranteed
36 hours per week for 3 twelve-hour shifts • Patient ratios of
1:5-6 on night shift • Weekend requirement: 2 shifts every other
weekend (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday) • Float within scope
to meet facility needs as required • Required certifications: BCLS,
NIH, Fire safety • EPIC charting experience required • 2 years of
nursing experience required • Navy scrubs required • No on-call
responsibilities • Care for medical/surgical/oncology patients
including accessing/managing ports, PCA administration,
chemotherapy monitoring, telemetry interpretation, IV starts and
maintenance • Work with specialty procedures including isolation
precautions/PPE and rapid response/code teams • 38 hours of
orientation provided • Must complete pre-start modules through
WorkRamp within specified timeframes Facility: This acute care
hospital features 233 staffed beds and operates a 28-room
medical-oncology unit with two comfort care suites for end-of-life
patients. The facility maintains a daily census of 19 patients and
provides comprehensive interdisciplinary support including unit
secretaries. The hospital utilizes EPIC charting system throughout
and offers free parking for staff. The organization serves adult
patient populations with focus on medical, surgical, and oncology
