Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Saint Louis, MO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,352 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 1 full year Adult Home Health Experience or 1 full year Hospice experience License: Current Registered Nurse license required Certifications: CPR, BLS Must-Have: Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase and OASIS Recent experience in home health or hospice Description: Provides, coordinates, and directs the provision of home nursing care according to physician's orders. Care is based on agency policies and procedures through the competent application of the nursing process. Responsible to the Clinical Manager. Direct supervision and evaluation of Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses. Must have reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance. Average number of patients per day is 5-8. Contractor will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day for approximately 6-8 points. No guaranteed hours are provided. Contractor must be open to floating to a nearby clinic to pick up hours if patient census is low. Types of cases include start of care, wound care, and follow-up visits. Candidates must be comfortable with home health assignments, which involve driving to patients’ homes daily. Documentation must be completed within 24 hours of patient appointments. Applications will not be accepted from individuals currently employed in a direct capacity. Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate. Potential on-call responsibilities may include one weeknight and one weekend per month. Traveler must hit weekly productivity points that equate to required hours. All overtime must be pre-approved. Delayed documentation impacting billing and patient care may result in contract cancellation. Proficiency requirements for OASIS and HomeCare HomeBase must have been demonstrated within the last 6 months. First-timers are not accepted; candidates must have recent specialty experience.
